党的十八届四中全会吹响了建设社会主义法治国家的号角,《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》提出了一系列新思想、新观点和多项重大改革举措。为了更好地推动社会组织在法治社会建设中发挥积极作用,强化理论学习和实践交流的媒介作用,《学会》杂志设立“社会组织与法治建设”专栏,今面向全国关注和支持社会组织发展的相关管理部门负责人、学术界专家学者征集专栏文章,包括研究论文、文献综述、政策建议、学习心得及评论文章等体裁,具体要求如下:
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Party sounded the beacon of building a socialist country under the rule of law and put forward a series of new ideas, new points of view and a number of major reforms in the “Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues in Ruling the Country by Law.” In order to better promote the social organizations to play an active role in the construction of a society ruled by law and to strengthen the role of media in the exchange of theoretical study and practice, the Institute has set up a column entitled “Constructing Social Organizations and the Rule of Law.” At present, Relevant leaders of development departments and experts and scholars from academia solicited column articles including research papers, literature reviews, policy suggestions, learning experiences and review articles.
