机械设备在运转过程中,经常由于某种原因,造成齿轮牙齿断裂,影响正常运转。断齿的修复,过去采用气焊热焊法,需将齿轮局部加热到很高温度,焊工劳动强度很大;后来采用电弧冷焊法,但质量得不到保证,运转不久就连根削落;后又采用栽丝堆焊法,由于齿轮是在动负荷下运转,易发生栽丝松动、牙齿变形或掉齿的现象。为克服上述方法存在的问题,研究开槽堆齿法修复断齿,获得成功。具体作法是: 1.选用交流弧焊机或直流弧焊机均可。 2.选用铸408和结422焊条。铸408焊条
