单级压缩机与双级压缩机的结构不同,制冷温度覆盖的范围也不同,使用场合应该有所区别。对于大型超市常用的-32℃～-38℃蒸发温度,虽然单双级压缩机都能运行,但实际效果却不同。本文从性能,成本和可靠性等方面,对单级压缩机和双级压缩机在大型超市食品冷冻冷藏中的应用效果进行了分析比较。
Single-stage compressor and two-stage compressor structure is different, the scope of refrigeration temperature coverage is also different, the use of the occasion should be different. For large supermarkets commonly used -32 ℃ ~ -38 ℃ evaporation temperature, although both single-stage compressors can run, but the actual effect is different. This article analyzes and compares the application effects of single-stage compressor and two-stage compressor in the food refrigeration of large supermarkets from the aspects of performance, cost and reliability.
