《远离尘嚣》是一部爱情悲喜剧,其中以艰辛的爱情和生命作为描述的主题,从个人的角度展示出时代和社会的变迁,不论是对于个人生活的苦难描写,还是人们在社会生活中对于幸福的追求,都是值得我们进行深入思考的。哈代以外在客观存在的世界和主人公自身的性格特征两个方面来刻画他们的人生故事。现通过作者所持有的悲剧观点与当时的社会环境来深刻分析《远离尘嚣》中的悲剧因素。
