目的探讨1次采样同时测定工作场所空气中氟离子(F-)、氯离子(Cl-)、亚硝酸根(NO2-)、溴离子(Br-)、硝酸根(NO3-)、磷酸根(PO34-)、硫酸根(SO42-)等7种无机阴离子及其化合物的方法。方法用淋洗液采集空气中的无机阴离子及其化合物,经色谱柱分离,电导检测器检测,保留时间定性,峰高或峰面积定量。结果该方法的采样效率大于95%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.6%~5.4%,加标回收率为95.2%~103.2%;与标准方法比较,差异无统计学意义。结论该法操作简便,灵敏度高,精密度好,1次采样能同时分析工作场所空气中多种无机酸。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of single sampling on the determination of fluoride ion (F-), chloride ion (Cl-), nitrite (NO2-), bromide (Br-), nitrate (NO3-) PO34-), sulfate (SO42-) and other seven kinds of inorganic anions and compounds thereof. Methods The inorganic anions and their compounds in the air were collected by eluent. The compounds were separated by column chromatography and detected by conductance detector. The retention time was qualitative, and the peak height or peak area was quantified. Results The sampling efficiency of this method was more than 95%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.6% ~ 5.4% and the recoveries were 95.2% ~ 103.2%. The difference was not statistically significant compared with the standard method. Conclusion The method is simple, high sensitivity and good precision. The single sampling can simultaneously analyze a variety of inorganic acids in the air of the workplace.
