征地拆迁领域思想政治工作的创新是一个重要课题,当下存在法律法规尚未健全、职能配置不尽合理、群众工作亟待到位、宣传解释支撑乏力及方法陈旧单一等问题。本文对征地拆迁领域思想政治工作存在问题及其原因进行梳理分析,就如何加强和改善征地拆迁领域思想政治教育工作提出对策:必须牢固树立群众观点,必须依法征迁,必须建立长效工作机制。
The innovation of ideological and political work in the field of land requisition and demolition is an important issue. At present, the laws and regulations are not yet perfect, the functions are not fully configured, the masses are in urgent need of work, and the publicity is made to explain the problems of weak support and outdated methods. This paper analyzes the existing problems and their causes of ideological and political work in the field of land requisition and demolition, and puts forward countermeasures on how to strengthen and improve ideological and political education in the field of land requisition and demolition. It is necessary to firmly establish the viewpoint of the masses, must be requisitioned according to law, and a long-term working mechanism must be established.
