教育改革的发展推动了初中教学理念的不断改革,同时在教学内容、教育体制以及党支部的建设模式方面也有所改变。原有的初中党支部建设制度已经不能满足初中党支部建设的需要了,因此,初中的党支部建设需要开启新的建设模式,更好地发展初中党支部建设。本文就针对新时期情况下初中党支部建设的创新模式进行研究与分析,并针对其建设提出参考建议。
The development of education reform has promoted the continuous reform of junior high school teaching philosophy, and has also changed in terms of teaching content, education system and the construction mode of party branch. The original junior high school party branch construction system can no longer meet the junior middle school branch construction needs, therefore, junior high school party branch construction needs to open a new construction model, to better develop the junior high school party branch construction. This article aims at the research and analysis of the innovation mode of the junior middle school party branch construction in the new era and puts forward some suggestions for its construction.
