目的:考察黄芩苷对二乙基亚硝胺(DEN)诱发肝癌前病变小鼠肝脏功能的影响。方法:采用DEN腹腔注射诱发肝癌前病变小鼠模型,通过比较小鼠肝脏病理切片和血清中谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶和碱性磷酸酶水平考察黄芩苷灌胃给药对模型小鼠肝脏功能的影响。结果:DEN能够严重损坏小鼠的肝脏功能,病理切片显示其出现肝硬化、纤维增生分割肝小叶、肝细胞变质、异型性倾向、核内包涵体等异常结构,并有大量巨噬细胞浸润,同时血清中肝功酶活性显著升高(P<0.05);黄芩苷给药组纤维增生少,未能完全分割肝小叶,肝细胞变质等少见,血清肝功酶的水平较模型对照组有所降低(P<0.05)。结论:黄芩苷对于DEN诱发的肝癌前病变小鼠肝功能有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of baicalin on hepatic function of mice with precancerous lesions of hepatocellular carcinoma induced by diethylnitrosamine (DEN). Conclusion: Baicalin can protect the liver function of mice with precancerous lesion induced by DEN.
