2014年7月31日上午,黑龙江省地方志办公室召开《黑龙江省志简编》(以下简称《简编》)终审会议。省志办主任隋岩、副主任袁建勋,方志出版社副社长陈海力、哈尔滨市志办巡视员宋洪军、绥化市志办主任王占元、黑龙江人民出版社编审刘恺汐和《简编》全体编纂人员出席了终审会议,省志办业务处室人员列席会议。会议由省志办副主任袁建勋主持。终审会上,省志办编纂处处长胡玉芬介绍了《简编》编纂情况。受《简编》终审委员会委托,
