随着坦克大功率燃气轮机的研制成功,苏联于1976年7月,美国于1979年5月将安装燃气轮机的主战坦克列入部队服役。20世纪70-90年代中期,苏联(俄罗斯)先后装备的坦克燃气轮机有GTD-1000、GTD-1100、GTD-1250和GTD-1450,后3种型号是前者的强化机型;它们分别安装于T-80、T-80B、T-80BV、T-80U和实验型“黑鹰”主战坦克。美国装备的坦克燃气轮机有AGT1500、AGT1500A,后者为前者的改进型;它们安装于M1、M1A1和M1A2主战坦克。
With the successful development of the tank high-power gas turbine, the Soviet Union in July 1976, the United States in May 1979 will be installed gas turbine main battle tank included in the army service. In the mid-1970s to the mid-1990s, GTD-1000, GTD-1100, GTD-1250 and GTD-1450 were the first tanks of the Soviet Union (Russia) equipped with gas turbine engines. The latter three models were the former enhanced models; -80, T-80B, T-80BV, T-80U and experimental “Black Hawk” main battle tanks. The U.S.-equipped tank gas turbines have the AGT1500 and AGT1500A, the latter of which are the former; they are installed in the M1, M1A1 and M1A2 main battle tanks.
