中国共产党第十六次全国代表大会是一次团结的大会、胜利的大会、奋进的大会。党的十六大实现了理论创新、目标确立、领导交替,我们深受鼓舞。理论创新——把“三个代表”重要思想继马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论之后写入党章,作为党的长期的指导思想。目标确立——提出了全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标。领导交替——顺利实现中央领导集体的新老交替,党中央领导成员的革命化、知识化、年轻化与领导交替的制度化、程序化相结合。十六大的报告是执政党的政治宣言和行动纲领,作为参政党的成员,我们还要继续深入
