(Ben Kanxun) On September 15, 2012, “2012 National County-level Hospital Dean Forum” was held in Miyun County, Beijing on September 15, 2012 by the Central Committee of Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party. The forum revolved around the theme of “Discussion on the Construction Mechanism of Practical Talents in County-level Hospitals in China” and invited heads of some county-level hospitals in the country to attend the meeting to discuss talent development strategies, business training and promotion training in county hospitals.
