Pilon骨折是胫骨踝关节面和胫骨远端干骺端骨折,通常伴有踝关节面的粉碎性骨折。本院自2007年1月～2009年1月收治Pilon骨折患者36例,通过术前患肢牵引、消肿抗炎治疗,术中行有效内固定,早期功能锻炼配合中药,取得了满意疗效。现报道如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料36例患者,其中 Pilon fractures are metaphyseal tibial fractures of the tibia and distal tibia, often associated with comminuted fractures of the ankle joint.
