同志们: 这次会议,传达贯彻全国第四次水土保持工作会议精神,讨论研究开创我省水土保持工作新局面的问题,非常必要。各有关部门的负责同志和专家座在一起,进一步学习,商讨如何贯彻好《水土保持工作条例》,总结交流水土保持工作经验,必将对今后的水土保持工作,起到更加有力的推动作用。
Comrades: At this meeting, it is very necessary to convey the spirit of the Fourth National Soil and Water Conservation Work Conference and to discuss the issue of creating a new situation in soil and water conservation in our province. Responsible comrades and experts from all relevant departments are seated together to further study and discuss how to implement the “Soil and Water Conservation Working Regulations” and sum up experiences in soil and water conservation so that they will surely play a more vigorous role in promoting soil and water conservation in the future.
