研究了以span—80为乳化剂和过硫酸钾-脲引发体系下,甲基丙烯酸乙酯基三甲基氯化铵(DM.MC)反相乳液聚合的动力学.得出在[K2S2O8]为12.3~73.8μmol·L-1,[CO(NH2)]k0~9·95mmolL-1,乳化剂为41·75~66.809·L-1范围内的聚合速率表达式:聚合反应活化能.数据表明,K2S2O8-脲为氧化还原引发,且在本实验浓度范围内,添加过量的脲对聚合速率基本上无影响.
The kinetics of inverse emulsion polymerization of methyl methacrylate trimethyl ammonium chloride (DM.MC) under the system of initiator span-80 and potassium persulfate-urea was studied. The results showed that when the molar ratio of [K2S2O8] was 12.3-73.8μmol·L-1, [CO (NH2)] k0-9.5mmolL-1 and emulsifier was 4175-66.809 · L-1 Polymerization rate expression: polymerization activation energy. The data shows that K2S2O8-urea is a redox initiator and that in the concentration range of this experiment, the addition of excess urea has virtually no effect on the rate of polymerization.
