[目的]探讨广西三江侗族成年女性年龄、体重指数对骨量的影响。[方法]选择侗族成年女性406例,应用定量超声骨密度仪测定其右侧跟骨BUA,测量身高、体重、足长,计算体重指数(BMI),并分别按BMI及年龄分组。[结果]低BMI组、55岁年龄组及65岁年龄组的跟骨BUA值比其他组低,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),骨量减少检出率高于其他组。[结论]高龄、低体重指数者的骨量较低,骨量减少检出率增高。
[Objective] To investigate the influence of age and body mass index (BMI) on bone mass of Dong women in Sanjiang of Guangxi. [Methods] A total of 406 adult female Dong patients were selected. BUA of the right calcaneus was measured by quantitative ultrasound bone densitometry. Height, weight and length of the calcaneus were measured. Body mass index (BMI) was calculated and divided into groups according to BMI and age. [Result] The BUA of calcaneus in low BMI group, 55-year-old group and 65-year-old group was lower than other groups (P <0.05). The detection rate of osteopenia was higher than other groups. [Conclusion] The elderly patients with low body mass index had lower bone mass and higher detection rate of bone mass loss.
