主席、各位同志:我们此次会议的重要意义是以结合生产搞好普选为中心的。这一点赵主席在报告中已反覆地阐明了,几位同志还介绍了普选试办工作中体验到的实际而生动的经验,谢厅长又是提出了今年下半年农业生产方面应注意的事项。几天来,经过大会、小会以及个别交谈,交流了丰富的经验,提出并解决了不少的问题,我想大家对普选工作、生产任务,以及政权建设经济建设的发展前途都有了明确的认识。前天马副主席指示我们,要大家很细致地做好人民的事情。做事的方法他的含意是要从大处着眼、小处着手,由日常事实提高到政策上,用各个事例批判了官僚主义脱离实际脱离群众的不良作风。今天潘书记作总结,我想会更具体地指示进行普选与生产工作的方针、任务和今后应努力的方向,以至防止可能发生的偏向等。这对我们作好工作可以增强信心,拿我来说,只有同大家一起为发展生产,多打粮食,做好普选,选好代表,以健全基层政权,加强经济建设而努力,并以十分兴奋的心情祝我们大会成功。在这里我对各位首长及各位专家们讲过的不再重复,仅就个人的领会提出几点意见,作为临别赠言。请作指正。 President, Ladies and Gentlemen, The importance of our meeting is centered on combining production with popularizing the universal suffrage.
