Digging organic fertilizer sources, expanding organic fertilizer varieties is one of the important tasks of research. During our work in Huang-Huai-Hai region, the utilization of furfural residue in agriculture, an industrial organic waste produced by furfural plant in Fengqiu County, Henan Province, was studied. The purpose is to make better use of this resource to serve agricultural production. Furfural residue is the use of corn cob crude furfural production of waste residue. The plant produces around 5000-7500 tonnes per year, because it contains a small amount of free acid and is therefore more acidic and has a pH of about 2-3 with some other ingredients (Table 1).
