苯妥英钠是治疗癫痫的首选药物,由于它毒性低,应用范围广而一直延用至今。近年来关于其对神经系统的损害作用不断有报道,但对其常规治疗剂量引起的中毒反应报告不多,本文报告3例如下。例1:男,38岁,因头痛1年伴右上肢抽搐2次入院,头颅CT扫描和左侧颈内动脉造影均示:左额顶部巨大脑动静脉畸形,入院后在全麻下行“AVM人工栓塞术”,术后常规给予苯妥英钠100mg,每日3次。半年后患者出现双上肢颤抖,行
Phenytoin sodium is the drug of choice for the treatment of epilepsy, due to its low toxicity, wide range of applications has been extended until now. In recent years, there are reports about its damage to the nervous system, but there are not many reports of toxic reactions caused by its routine treatment dose. The following three cases are reported in this paper. Example 1: Male, age 38, hospitalized for 1 year with headache and right upper extremity convulsions 2 times.
