传热计算是化工计算中的重点和难点,其公式众多,计算过程繁琐。本文利用MATLAB语言强大的运算与图形表达功能,研究换热器的操作计算和设计计算,给出了计算机辅助计算的步骤。利用FLUENT软件的流体流动和传热问题的微观模拟功能,找到换热器内部的温度分布。证明有计算机辅助简化了化工过程中传热的计算,且可直观地理解换热器的传热过程。
Heat transfer calculation is the key and difficult point in chemical calculation. The formulas are numerous and the calculation process is cumbersome. In this paper, the use of powerful MATLAB language computing and graphics functions, the study of heat exchanger operation and design calculations, given computer-aided computing steps. Using the micro-simulation of FLUENT’s fluid flow and heat transfer problems, find the temperature distribution inside the heat exchanger. It is proved that computer-aided simplification of the calculation of heat transfer in the chemical process and intuitive understanding of the heat transfer process of the heat exchanger.
