本文对位于海拔2300米地区128名电炉炼钢工心脏收缩间期(STI)资料按5年为一工龄组,共计四组进行整理、统计和分析。全部炼钢工应用心阻抗图,按规定操作方法描记和测量Q-S_2、LVET、PEP。并用Weissler回归方程校正后分别用QS_2I、LVETI、PEPI表示、计算了PEP/LVET。资料经统计学处理。结果表明QS_2I、LVETI随工龄增长而延长(P<0.05),PEP/LVET≥0.41检出率为21.9%,均属轻度范围,随工龄而提高(P<0.05)。本文合计值PEPI133.4±12.67(PEP107.2±14.41);PEP/LVET0.36±0.05比平原和高原地区资料中心正常男性组延长或增大(P<0.05-0.01)。我们认为海拔2300米地区电炉炼钢工左室功能是减低的,但就其程度来看,尚属于轻度范围,对多数人来说可能是适应性改变。
In this paper, the heart systolic interval (STI) data of 128 electric steel-making workers located in an area of 2,300 meters above sea level were collected and statistically analyzed. All steel workers apply the heart impedance map, according to the provisions of the operation method to describe and measure Q-S_2, LVET, PEP. And corrected by Weissler regression equation, respectively, with QS_2I, LVETI, PEPI, calculated PEP / LVET. Data processed by statistics. The results showed that the QS_2I and LVETI prolonged with the increase of the length of service (P <0.05). The detection rate of PEP / LVET≥0.41 was 21.9%, all of which were in the mild range and increased with the length of service (P <0.05). The PEPI133.4 ± 12.67 (PEP107.2 ± 14.41) and PEP / LVET0.36 ± 0.05 (P <0.05-0.01) of the normal males in the data center of plain and plateau regions were longer or longer than those in normal males. We think that the function of left-chamber in electric-steel steel-making workers at 2300 meters above sea level is diminished, but in terms of its degree, it still belongs to mild range and may be adaptive to most people.
