1991年11月至1994年7月,我们应用盐酸纳洛酮治疗急性酒精中毒28例,取得较满意疗效,现报道如下。 临 床 资 料 一、一般资料:本组均为男性,年龄20～52岁,平均27.65岁。依据急性酒精中毒分期兴奋期4例、共济失调期13例、昏睡及昏迷期11例。
