工友编辑部我是武汉一家酒店的厨师,2002年3月同酒店签订了三年期劳动合同,并交押金15000元。同年5月,酒店送我到广州一所厨艺学习学习六个月,期间发给我基本工资,并支付了培训费8000元。在广州学习期间,当地一家宾馆力邀我到他们哪里工作,工资待遇比武汉高得多。当我回原酒店退押金时,该酒店劳资部要我支付劳动合同违约金6000元,培训费和路费10000元,反而要我倒找酒店1000元。请问酒店这种做法是否合法? 华伟雄
Staff Editor I am a hotel chef in Wuhan, in March 2002 with the hotel signed a three-year labor contract, and pay a deposit of 15,000 yuan. In the same year in May, the hotel sent me to Guangzhou for a culinary study and study for six months, during which I was given a basic salary and paid a training fee of 8,000 yuan. During the study in Guangzhou, a local hotel invited me to work in them and paid a much higher salary than Wuhan. When I returned to the original hotel back the deposit, the hotel labor department asked me to pay the labor contract breach of contract 6,000 yuan, training fees and tolls 10,000 yuan, but I look for the hotel 1000 yuan.
