2016年是我国全面建成小康社会决胜阶段的起步之年,也是“十三五”规划实施的开局之年,本文依托龙江《国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划纲要》结合目前龙江经济社会发展趋势,探索公证法律服务业发展方向和提升公证法律服务业服务水准措施,以期能够引起人们对龙江公证法律服务业更广泛的认同和重视,力求推动龙江公证法律服务业的进步,使之为实践龙江《“十三五”规划》目标做更多贡献。
