[目的]了解淄博市某汽车制造厂的职业病危害状况,为制订职业病的防治措施提供科学依据。[方法]2009年4～6月,对淄博市某汽车制造厂进行职业卫生学调查和工作环境的职业病危害因素检测,抽取部分工人进行职业健康状况调查。[结果]该厂存在严重的职业卫生问题。作业环境中苯系有机溶剂超标率为69.69%,电焊烟尘和锰烟的超标率为3/5,苯作业患病率为12.50%,噪声作业患病率为23.33%。[结论]淄博市某汽车制造厂存在较严重的职业病危害因素,已经对作业工人的健康造成明显的危害。
[Objective] To understand the status of occupational diseases in a car factory in Zibo and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of occupational diseases. [Methods] From April to June 2009, occupational diseases were investigated in a car factory in Zibo City for occupational diseases and occupational hazards in work environment. Some workers were sampled for occupational health status investigation. [Result] The factory has serious occupational health problems. The over-standard rate of benzene-based organic solvent in operating environment was 69.69%, the over-standard rate of welding fume and manganese smoke was 3/5, the prevalence of benzene was 12.50% and the prevalence of noise was 23.33%. [Conclusion] There is a serious occupational hazard in an auto plant in Zibo City, which has caused obvious harm to the health of workers.
