在压力为180公斤/厘米~2、冲次为196次/分、清水介质的实验条件下,完成了新旧标准两组各8只丁腈夹布橡胶活塞的性能试验。试验是在我组研制的试验台架上进行的。 本文详细介绍了试验方法和试验情况,用充分的图表照片来说明活塞试验过程中所揭示出的某些特殊关系和活塞的失效情况。用数理统计方法计算了活塞的安全寿命。初步评价了两组活塞在高压下的工作性能,并对今后的研究工作提出参考意见。
Under the experimental conditions of pressure of 180 kg / cm ~ 2 and stroke of 196 times / min, water medium, the performance test of 8 new nitrile cloth rubber pistons in both old and new standards was completed. The test was carried out on a test bench developed by our group.
