1 病历摘要患者 2 7岁 ,住院号 6 7888。妊娠 2 4周时出现双下肢水肿 ,31周时发现血压增高 18 6 7/ 13 33ｋＰａ ,并伴有头痛 ,入院后给予硫酸镁及甘露醇等治疗 ,头痛稍有缓解 ,1周后头痛再次加重伴呕吐、意识恍惚、言语混乱、双眼黑蒙 ,同时全身抽搐 3次 ,每次持续 3～ 4分钟
