故障现象一辆奔驰C63 AMG车,底盘号为WDD204077,搭载型号为156的V型8缸发动机,行驶里程约为13万km,因发动机怠速抖动而进厂检修。故障诊断接车后试车验证故障,发动机确实存在轻微的怠速抖动现象,发动机故障灯有时闪烁,而熄火后重新起动发动机,发动机故障灯就熄灭了。用故障检测仪查看缺火计数器的实际值,发现有轻微的缺火记录(图1),缺火计数会在一段时间后自动清零,而再次出现时又变为其他缸缺火,缺火的气缸并不固定。
