塑性铰是影响环件摆动辗压工艺稳定的重要因素,研究其形成过程非常必要。建立了基于ABAQUS软件的环件摆辗镦粗有限元模型,研究了环件塑性铰区域的应力分布状况,分析了不同高径比对环形件塑性铰区域应力场的影响,得到了塑性铰形成的影响因素及变化规律,即随着环件高径比增大,塑性铰的位置沿摆头旋转方向偏移,促进了环件摆辗镦粗工艺的稳定与发展。
Plastic hinge is an important factor that affects the stability of the swinging rolling process of the ring. It is very necessary to study its formation process. Based on the ABAQUS software, an upsetting finite element model of the ring was established. The stress distribution in the plastic hinge region of the ring was studied. The effect of different height-diameter ratio on the stress field in the plastic hinge region of the ring was analyzed. As the height-to-diameter ratio of the ring increases, the position of the plastic hinge is shifted along the rotation direction of the swinging head, which promotes the stability and development of the ring-swinging upsetting process.
