目的探讨祖师麻甘草炙法的炮制减毒机理。方法采用热重分析法(TG),对比祖师麻石油醚部位、氯仿部位、乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位与甘草汁固体粉末按原药10∶2配比前后的热解特性;采用TG-MS联用技术,对比研究石油醚部位配比甘草汁前后逸出体(EGA)挥发分释放规律。结果各部位在加入甘草汁固体后热解特性均有较大的改变,石油醚部位与氯仿部位在炙法温度范围内的热失重及热失重速率峰峰值大于未加入时,而乙酸乙酯部位及正丁醇部位等主要药效成分部位热解特性变化趋势与此相反,同时热质结果与此相补充。结论伴随甘草汁固体的加入,在降低祖师麻的毒副作用的同时还可促进药效成分的保留,佐证本品甘草炙炮制的科学性。
Objective To investigate the principle of licorice Sunburn lawn processing attenuated mechanism. Methods Thermogravimetric analysis (TG) was used to compare the pyrolysis characteristics of the petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and licorice juice solid powder before and after the preparation of 10: -MS combined technique to study the law of volatilization of EGA volatilized from petroleum ether fraction before and after liquorice. Results The pyrolysis characteristics of each part changed greatly after adding licorice juice. The TG and TG of petrol ether and chloroform were higher than those without adding ethyl acetate And n-butanol parts of the main pharmacodynamic components of the pyrolysis characteristics of the trend and the opposite, while the thermal results complement this addition. Conclusions With the addition of licorice juice solid, while reducing the toxic side effects of Zu Shi Ma, it can also promote the retention of the medicinal ingredients and prove the scientific nature of this product.
