美国商务部4月14日宣布初裁结果,认定从中国进口的一种制冷剂产品获得超额政府补贴,拟对该产品征收反补贴税。这种制冷剂产品是1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷或者同类化学产品,主要用于车载空调系统,也可用于商用建筑、民宅的空调系统。美国商务部当天发表声明说,初步认定中国出口到美国的这种制冷剂产品得到的政府补贴幅度为1.35%~28.74%。
On April 14, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced the result of the preliminary ruling, finding that a refrigerant product imported from China received excess government subsidies and proposed to impose anti-subsidy tax on the product. This refrigerant product is 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane or similar chemical products, mainly for automotive air conditioning system can also be used for commercial buildings, residential air-conditioning system. The U.S. Department of Commerce said in a statement on the same day that the initial government subsidies for such refrigerant products that China exports to the United States have been between 1.35% and 28.74%.
