天高气爽,叉是金秋时节,我们满怀喜悦迎来了中国财政杂志社成立15周年和《财政》杂志创刊40周年。1956年10月,时值我国社会主义改造基本完成,社会主义建设高潮在全国蓬勃兴起,为适应新中国财政工作需要,财政部创办了《财政》杂志。《财政》创刊后,以宣传党和国家的财政方针政策,交流财政工作经验,帮助财政干部提高理论、政策水平和工作质量为宗旨,不断总结改进,受到广大读者的欢迎。令人痛心的是,在《财政》创刊10周年的时候,发生了文化大革命,杂志被迫停刊。党的十一届三中全会以后,全党和全国工作的重点转移到社会主义现代化建设上来,各项事业获得了新的生机。在新的历史奈件下,《财政》杂志于1980年1月复刊,并于1981年11月成立了中国财政杂志社,《财政》杂志重新肩负起了自己的历史使命。40年来,《财政》杂志认真履行办刊宗旨,坚持面向基层财政部门,面向广大财政干部,围绕党和国家的路线、方 The sky is full of joy, the fork is the autumn season, we are full of joy ushered in the 15th anniversary of the establishment of China’s financial magazine and the 40th anniversary of the “fiscal” magazine.
