对36例经严格筛选的原发性三叉神经痛患者行三叉神经体感诱发电位(TSEP)测定,以N_(19)作为观察指标,对其中异常者行显微血管减压术后复查。结果显示:36例患者中,6例异常,主要有潜伏期延长和波形改变。异常者手术前后N_(19)潜伏期差异显著,支持微血管压迫学说。但TSEP异常率较低,且患者组N_(19)潜伏期与对照组无显著差异,提示TSEP不能作为全面评定三叉神经功能状态的灵敏指标。
Thirty - six patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia underwent rigorous screening were subjected to trigeminal somatosensory evoked potentials (TSEP), and N19 (19) was taken as the observation index. The abnormalities were retrospectively reviewed after microvascular decompression. The results showed that: 36 patients, 6 were abnormal, mainly prolonged latency and waveform changes. Abnormalities before and after surgery N_ (19) significant differences in latency, support for microvascular pressure theory. However, the abnormal rate of TSEP was low, and there was no significant difference between the N_ (19) patients and the control group, suggesting that TSEP can not be used as a sensitive index to fully evaluate the functional status of the trigeminal nerve.
