产学研合作的一个重要功能就是知识共享，以往学者们在对产学研合作知识共享进行研究时没有重点，相对来说较为孤立，对系统性研究共享主体和客体的关系不足，也无法全面对共享行为进行分析，缺乏一种交互的全面的共享过程研究，忽略了企业间知识共享和产学研合作知识共享之间的差异。基于此，本文通过三个步骤来确定确定产学研合作知识共享概念模型，在概念模型构建的基础上运用专家调查法通过四个维度、35个指标来构建产学研合作知识共享影响因素指标体系，并对224份有效调查问卷的数据进行信度和效度分析，为深入研究产学研合作过程中知识共享情景变量的调节作用打下基础。“,”Knowledge sharing is an important function of the cooperation in Industry-University-Research institute cooperation, the scholars in the study mainly focused on the cooperation of knowledge sharing in relative isolation, the systematic research on the subject involved in sharing behavior and its relationship be lack of comprehensive study, lack of research subject in the sharing of its characteristics and interaction behavior, and ignore the difference between knowledge sharing behavior and enterprise cooperative knowledge sharing. Based on this, the paper built the cooperative conceptual model of knowledge sharing through three steps, based on the concept model using through expert investigation method by four dimensions, 35 indicators to build a cooperative knowledge sharing factors system, and analyzed the reliability and validity of 224 copies of effective questionnaire data, for study of the cooperative knowledge sharing in the regulation of the situational variables to lay the foundation.
