对于这次研修我想用三个字去概括,那就是:获,豁,惑。一、学有所获当下,家庭教育与学校教育的脱节,究其原因是极端个人主义和物质主义价值观的误导,欠缺换位思考以及优良传统的缺失。丁匡一博士教给我们的基本策略就是:1.教育是心灵的志业,应以仁爱之心做教育,以情感打动学生。2.取得学生的信任,形成对学生的精神感召力,塑造教师的真实权威。3.引导学生进行体验式的教育,在实践修养中塑造道德。4.培养学生的健康的兴趣爱好,科学转移学生的注意
