基于劳动关系中雇佣双方的基本供需特征分析,从双方供需特征出发选取评价指标;考虑雇佣双方的和谐平衡关系,选用相对型的指数合成及表达方式,构建了新的相对和谐劳动关系指数体系,并根据对长春市朝阳经济开发区9家企业的调查数据进行了实证研究。实证研究结果表明,相对和谐劳动关系指数体系能够更直接、更真实地体现劳动关系状态,有助于解决现有常见劳动关系和谐指数体系中存在的诸多问题。
Based on the analysis of the basic supply and demand characteristics of both employers and employees in labor relations, the evaluation index is selected from the characteristics of supply and demand of both parties. A new relative harmonious labor relation index system is constructed by considering the harmonious balance between employers and employees and the relative index synthesis and expression. Based on the survey data of 9 enterprises in Chaoyang Economic Development Zone of Changchun City, this paper conducts an empirical research. The empirical results show that the relative harmonious labor relation index system can reflect the status of labor relations more directly and more truthfully, and help to solve many problems in the existing common index system of labor relations.
