一、作用机理 甲巯丙脯酸抑制血管紧张素转化酶(ACE),减少血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)的生成;增加缓激肽活性 及前列腺素水平;干扰交感神经及去甲肾上腺素缩血管反应。其机理如下图。
First, the mechanism of action Captopril inhibition of angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE), reduce the formation of angiotensin Ⅱ (A Ⅱ); increased bradykinin activity and prostaglandin levels; interfere with sympathetic and norepinephrine vasoconstriction reaction. The mechanism as shown below.
