1 前言 健美操运动技术的学习与掌握,几乎完全依赖于人们对动作记忆的感觉和理解。因而,人们熟悉和掌握动作的过程,也就是运动记忆恢复的过程。动作记忆历来是研究运动技能学习的一个重要方面,但是,运动记忆恢复现象在体操教学中的研究,则较少有人触及。如何有效地提高动作记忆,乃是一项很有应用价值的研究课题。本文试图通过对在校学习的大学生在动作记忆效果的测试,以期探讨人们在动作记忆及其学习效果方面的影响因素和规律。
1 Introduction Aerobics learning and mastery of motor skills, almost entirely dependent on people’s feelings and understanding of motor memory. Thus, people are familiar with and master the process of movement, that is, the process of recovery of motor memory. Action memory has traditionally been an important aspect of studying motor skill learning, but less attention has been paid to the study of motor memory recovery in gymnastics teaching. How to effectively improve the action memory is a very useful research topic. This paper attempts to test the effect of memory learning on college students in order to explore the influencing factors and rules of people’s memory in learning and memory.
