利用 Green函数及积分方程技术 ,在夹杂应变均匀的近似假定下 ,将 Hill界面条件应用于整个二相体内 ,从而得到一种可以预报任意椭球夹杂体复合材料有效模量的广义自洽 Mori- Tanaka方法。采用一种逐步渐进的均匀化技术将该模型推广至 N层涂层夹杂问题 ,得到了 N层涂层夹杂体复合材料的显式表达。与有的实验和理论结果比较表明 ,本文模型准确可靠 ,便于应用。同时本文还证实 ,采用夹杂均匀应变假定并利用 Hill界面条件于两相体内可导出 Mori- Tanaka平均场近似。
Using Green’s function and integral equation technique, the Hill interface condition is applied to the whole two-phase body under the approximate assumptions of inclusion strain uniformity. Thus a generalized self-consistent Mori- Tanaka method. A gradual and even homogenization technique was used to extend the model to the N-layer coating inclusion problem. The explicit expression of N-layer inclusion inclusion composite was obtained. Compared with some experimental and theoretical results, this model is accurate and reliable and easy to apply. At the same time, this paper also confirms that the Mori- Tanaka mean field approximation can be derived from the two-phase body by using the assumption of uniform inclusions and the Hill interface condition.
