陆益民——玉门油田分公司采油厂采油六区队队长兼书记。这个已在采油战线上奋斗了29个春秋的基层领导干部,早在1989年就被国家能源部和玉门石油管理局树为劳动模范。伴随着改革的浪潮,他所领导的采油六区队在石油沟油田的开发史上奏响了扭亏增盈的主旋律,创出了令人钦佩和羡慕的业绩。1999年,他把一个年亏损921万元的老油田,扭转为一个产量上升、效益递增、上交利润212.96万元的高效开发油田,实现了两个文明建设协调稳步发展。他本人再次被油田分公司树为劳动模范,他领导的采油六区队也被油田分公司评为“双文明标杆集体”和被授予先进党支部“十面红旗”的光荣称号。
