The Defense Innovation Board of the United States met for the second time at the U.S. Department of Defense on January 9, 2017 with leading innovators, academics and business leaders gathered to ratify a program that aims to keep DoD in terms of technology, culture, operations and processes 11 tips for cutting-edge advantages.
