今年两会政府工作报告中明确:“新型农村社会养老保险试点要覆盖全国10%左右的县(市)”。最近,从人力资源和社会保障部获悉,《关于开展新型农村社会养老保险试点的指导意见》制定工作已经进入最后阶段,即将下发。现摘发半月谈记者高远至对人力资源和社会保障部农村社会保险司农民养老保险处处长高帆的专访,尽管文中有的问题比较宏观,但相信农民朋友读后会有一定帮助。
