随着基础教育领域中素质教育的全面实施,学校体育与健康教育之间的练习愈发紧密。基础教育阶段的体育教学是学校教学的主要组成部分,也是促进学生健康成长,养成良好健身习惯的启蒙教育阶段。然而,现存教育体制中体育教学方面还存在着各种问题。从国家权威机构对全国中小学生体制健康的普查结果来看,学生耐力、柔韧性、肺活量等都有一定的下降趋势。体育教育以竞技项目为主要教学目的,形成“讲解—示范—练习—纠正—再练习”的课堂教学模式过于死板,使学生被动接受所学知识,不利于学生的全面发展,以此小学体育教学方法急需一定的改进创新。
With the full implementation of quality education in basic education, the practice between school physical education and health education becomes more and more intensive. Physical education in the basic education stage is the main part of school teaching, but also to promote the healthy growth of students, develop good habits of enlightenment education stage. However, there are still various problems in physical education in the existing education system. From the national authorities on the health of primary and secondary students nationwide census results, students endurance, flexibility, vital capacity and so have a certain downward trend. Physical education is based on athletics projects as the main teaching purpose, and the classroom teaching mode of “explaining, demonstrating, practicing, correcting and re-practicing” is too rigid to allow students to passively accept what they have learned and not conducive to the overall development of students. As a result, Physical education method urgently needs some improvement and innovation.
