为认真贯彻落实国家广电总局“广播发展年”要求,全面了解我市广播发展现状,寻求广播事业健康、快速发展之策,我们于2003年6～7月开展了全市广播发展问题调研,现将情况报告如下。基本概况目前,全市拥有市级广播电台1座,县级广播电视台5座,乡镇广播电视站107个。市、县两级广播电台(站),从建立起一直由同级广播电视行政部门管理。1997年后,乡镇广播站全市实行“以条为主,条块结合”的管理体制。一、事业发展现状 1.广播信号覆盖不断扩大。20世纪90年代以来,全市采取有线、无线和卫星覆盖等多种方式,不断扩大广播信号覆盖。1991年开始,全市建设有线
