对于静液面测试,良好的仪器灵敏度以及准确的动液面深度,是获得可靠的液面恢复曲线和压力恢复曲线的前提。在静液面测试中,经常会出现曲线异常的情况,如各点不同程度上的上翘、掉点、波动等现象,以及无法测出动液面曲线。针对各种问题,本文对其进行分析和总结经验达到指导生产,实现准确高效的测试目的。
For the hydrostatic test, good instrument sensitivity and accurate hydrodynamic depth are the prerequisites for obtaining reliable liquid level recovery and pressure recovery curves. In the hydrostatic test, abnormal curves often appear, such as various points of varying degrees of upturned, dropped points, fluctuations and other phenomena, and can not be measured dynamic liquid curve. In response to a variety of issues, this article analyzes and summarizes its experience to guide the production, to achieve accurate and efficient testing purposes.
