本文对中国对虾(Penaeus orientalis Kishinouye)“红腿病”的病原菌分离、培养、菌种鉴定、人工感染、药敏试验等进行了试验研究,确认引起中国对虾“红腿病”不是单一的菌,不仅有海产弧菌(Vibrio marinus),而且还有产碱假单胞菌和类产碱假单胞菌(Pseudomonas pseudoalcaligenes)、反硝化产碱菌反硝化亚种(Alcaligenesdenitrificans Subsp·denitrifi—cans)、争论产碱菌(Alcaligenes Paradoxus)。
In this paper, the pathogen isolation, culture, identification of bacteria, artificial infection, drug susceptibility test of “red leg disease” in Penaeus orientalis Kishinouye were studied. It was confirmed that “red leg” was not a single bacterium in Chinese shrimp, Not only Vibrio marinus, but also Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Pseudomonas pseudoalcaligenes, Alcaligenes denitrificans Subsp. Denitrifi-cans, Argue with Alcaligenes Paradoxus.
