本文首先从观念、知识和能力三个角度论述了本科层次职业教育对高职院校教师的挑战,进而阐述了本科层次职业教育视域下高职院校教师的优势与发展困境,并基于本科层次职业教育的视域,提出改进高职院校教师发展策略的相关建议,包括通过更新研修模式,促进教师专业实践能力提高;设立专门机构,推进教师发展服务系统化;吸纳教师参与课程改革,保障教师归属感、使命感获得;构建高职特色评价体系,维护教师学术生态发展。
This paper firstly discusses the challenge of undergraduate level vocational education to teachers in higher vocational colleges from the perspectives of concept, knowledge and ability, and then expounds the predominance and development predicament of teachers in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of undergraduate vocational education. Level vocational education, puts forward some suggestions to improve the teacher development strategy in higher vocational colleges, including improving the professional practice ability of teachers by updating the training mode; setting up specialized institutions to promote the systematic development of teachers’ services; attracting teachers to participate in the curriculum reform, To protect the sense of belonging and sense of mission, and to build a system to evaluate the characteristics of higher vocational education so as to safeguard the academic and ecological development of teachers.
