最近,我国著名标准化专家李春田教授向本刊推荐了《标准化的市场行为》一文。该文是福建省标准化研究所原所长、著名标准化学者良翰作为高级访问学者赴英国研修时所撰写的研究报告。对这份研究报告,李春田教授评价：能像这份研究报告这样的超前意识和能够经受十数年时间考验的标准化学术成果实在不多。春田教授认为,该研究报告是建立在大量事实和案例基础之上,是真正意义上的实践经验总结,而这个有关市场经济环境下标准化实践经验总结又恰好为我们今天的建立和完善社会主义市场经济提供了借鉴。读起来仍不失其生命活力和强烈的现实意义。本刊感谢春田教授的推荐,并从本期起分期刊载,介绍给广大读者。
Recently, Professor Li Chuntian, a well-known standardization expert in our country, recommended the article “Standardized Market Behavior” to this magazine. This article is the former director of Fujian Provincial Institute of Standardization, well-known standard chemist Liang as a senior visiting scholar to study in the United Kingdom when writing a research report. Professor Li Chuntian commented on this research report: There are not many standardized academic achievements that can lead such a research mindset and withstand ten years of testing. Professor Chun Tian believes that this research report is based on a large number of facts and cases and is a summary of practical experience in the real sense.
