利用植物激素的诱导效应,对金丝小枣外植体直接诱导不定芽、茎段丛生苗的分化、诱导外植体主芽萌发进行了探讨,结果表明:最适宜的浓度为IBA0.2—0.4mg/1.6BA0.6—1.0mg/1,两者之间比例的调节,可有效地控制芽的分化和生长。
The inducement effect of plant hormones was used to induce the differentiation of adventitious buds and shoots of adventitious buds and stem buds of Ziziphus jujuba. The results showed that the most suitable concentration was IBA0.2- 0.4mg / 1.6BA0.6-1.0mg / 1, the ratio between the regulation, which can effectively control the bud differentiation and growth.
