目的:探讨宫颈癌中表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的表达特点及其对宫颈癌分子靶向治疗的潜在意义。方法:构建含有80例宫颈癌标本的组织芯片,EnVision免疫组化法检测宫颈癌及癌旁组织中EGFR的表达,并分析EGFR的表达与各种宫颈癌临床病理学特征的关系。结果:EGFR在宫颈癌旁组织中呈少量表达或不表达,在宫颈癌中的表达率为94.8%,明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.01)。在宫颈癌的组织中EGFR的过表达,与不同年龄无统计学差异,而与不同肿瘤的大小、组织类型、病理分级、侵袭深度、淋巴结转移、临床分期之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05;P<0.01;P<0.05;P<0.01;P<0.05;P<0.05)。结论:EGFR的表达参与宫颈癌的生长,侵袭和转移过程,检测宫颈癌中的EGFR,可作为宫颈癌预后,筛选高危转移患者的有效指标,并且值得进一步以它作为宫颈癌靶向治疗新的作用靶点。
Objective: To investigate the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in cervical cancer and its potential significance for molecular targeted therapy of cervical cancer. Methods: Tissue microarrays containing 80 specimens of cervical cancer were constructed. EnVision immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of EGFR in cervical cancer and paracancerous tissues. The relationship between the expression of EGFR and clinicopathological features of cervical cancer was analyzed. Results: The expression of EGFR in cervical cancer tissues was little or not expressed. The expression rate of EGFR in cervical cancer was 94.8%, which was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues (P <0.01). The expression of EGFR in cervical cancer tissues was not significantly different from that in different age groups, but was significantly different from that in different tumor types (P> 0.05). The difference was statistically significant between different tumor sizes, histological types, pathological grade, invasion depth, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage <0.05; P <0.01; P <0.05; P <0.01; P <0.05; P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of EGFR is involved in the growth, invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer. The detection of EGFR in cervical cancer can be used as an effective indicator of the prognosis of cervical cancer and screening of patients with high-risk metastasis, and it is worth further to use it as a new targeted therapy for cervical cancer Targets
